Ordering Online - our commitment to your security
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. We have no minimum order, you can buy as little as one plant. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need, to be able to satisfy the order.
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach us. They are not held in clear text on any web site. If you are at all unsure you can send your credit card details seperately, by fax or telephone or mail.
We accept credit card payment and cheques.
PLEASE NOTE!! When paying by credit card, where the site requests your 'Credit Card Verification Value', this is the last 3 numbers on the back of your credit card (on the signature strip). This is requested for extra security.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta and Switch. You can place orders as soon as you wish and will not be charged till we dispatch your plants - this does help us a lot with our planning. You may send your credit card information with your order on the internet, phone, fax, or letter.
Orders paid for by cheque will not be despatched until the cheque has been cleared by the bank.
