The Sempervivium family is vast.
We grow a few varieties that we consider interesting and colourful.
It is the foliage and the formation of rosettes that are found most attractive.
Easy to grow though they prefer a well drained site.
They love sun and although they will grow in poor soil, they respond more favourably to a richer soil. They are perfect for sinks and troughs, alpine gardens and screes.

Cobweb covered rosettes are this ones main feature, it has attractive rosettes which are dark maroon, on which bright pink coloured flowers are borne.
