THYME - Description & Serphyllum - Russettings.
Although Thyme is a herb so many of them mix really well in the alpine sink gardens or in pots and borders. Their aroma is lovely and have the added attraction of being edible also. Most varieties flower well, they are easy to grow and only need to be trimmed back once or twice a year. If you wish to use them as regular as you require.
Thyme 'Russetings'. A vigorous Thyme which creeps forming a tight dense mat of dark green leaves, with abundant pretty dark-pink flowers.
Flowering All Summer. 10 cms. x 20 cms.
