We have no minimum order, you can buy as little as one plant. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout now' and you will be asked for a few details that we need, to be able to satisfy the order. You must complete anything in red as the order will not go throught without these fields, including 'Terms and Conditions'. Sagepay is the prefered method of payment as this is the MOST SECURE method. We accept credit card payment and cheques. PLEASE NOTE!! When paying by credit card, where the site requests your 'Credit Card Verification Value', this is the last 3 numbers on the back of your credit card (on the signature strip). This is requested for extra security. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta and Switch. You can place orders anytime of they year. Plants will be shipped within 14 working days in the growing season (but in exceptionally busy periods please be patient with us) We ONLY ship plants in the order that they came in. Orders paid for by cheque will not be despatched until the cheque has been cleared by the bank. PLEASE NOTE. If you are likely to be out when plants are delivered, have you a safe place for them to be left, or a neighbour who could take them in for you. If you have, would you please enter it in 'Special delivery instructions', which is on the same page that you enter your name & address, this would be a big help to the courier. PLEASE NOTE. For delivery to United Kingdom - MAINLAND & Scottish low lands £7.95 Flat Rate. For deleveries to Isle of Wight & Scilly Isles £15.00 Flate Rate. For deliveries to, Highlands & Islands of Scotland , (NOT SHETLAND) & Northern Ireland £19.00 flat rate. For delveries to, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Shetland Isles, and Channel Islands £45.00 Flat Rate. We only use Specialist Couriers and all our plants are despatched in containers designed specially for our plants. We only sell top quality plants, so they require top quality packaging and delivery to ensure you receive them in good condition. EUROPE Zone 1 Belgium, Denmark, France, germany,Luxembourg, Netherlands - £23.00 subject to size and weight Zone 2 Austria, Czech Republic, Finland, Hungary, Italy, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Slovacia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. £28.00 subject to size and weight. Delivery Schedule
Unless otherwise stated in the appropriate section, plants in the normal season will, where possible be despatched the week after your order is received. When this is not possible due to exhibiting at the shows etc. we will despatch the plants as soon as we possibly can. In all cases when plants are despatched we will notify you by email. All our plants are despatched by First Class Courier.. Normally this would be one to two days for delivery mainland UK longer for other areas. |

Back Orders
We do not send any back orders We dont not substitue very often. If we do it will be for something similar and we try to keep in the same colour range habit etc.. IF YOU KNOW YOU DO NOT WANT SUSTITUES PLEASE SAY SO WHEN ORDERING or if you know what you would want as a substitue please write it on order or email or telephone. thank you |

All plants offered for sale are believed to be true to name and type but should a genuine mistake occur then we shall be pleased to rectify the matter. We guarantee to despatch good healthy plants and our aim is for your satisfaction, if advice is needed please feel free to contact us. In accordance with home shopping laws, you have 7 working days to change your mind. If you should cancel your order, this must be done in writing. The law says that you do not have the right to cancel goods which would deteriorate rapidly. You will be responsible for the return of the goods to us in the condition in which they were sent. |

Returns Policy
Should there be any cause for complaint, please notify us within seven days of receipt of goods. All genuine complaints will be dealt with amicably. We do not undertake to replace plants lost due to abnormal weather conditions after you receive them, neglect or any other damage by animals or pests. If the package is damaged or delayed in transit, please keep all packaging intact but do not return the plants to us. |
