Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. We have no mimimum order, you can buy as little as one plant. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit card payment and cheques. PLEASE NOTE!! Paying by Credit Card, where it says Credit Card Verification Value, this is the last 3 numbers on the back of your credit card, this is for extra security. Shipping And Handling For delivery to United Kingdom - MAINLAND ONLY shipping charges start at £3.50 up to a maximum of £7.50. For deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Isles of Scilly charges start at £5.50 up to a maximum of £15.00, Highlands & Islands of Scotland charges start at £7.00 to a maximumof £20.00. For the rest of the EU please contact us for a delivery price. We only use First Class Mail or Specialist Couriers and all our plants are despatched in containers designed specially for our plants. We only sell top quality plants, so they require top quality packaging and delivery to ensure you receive them in good condition. PLEASE NOTE! We are very sorry but we can only ship to the U.K. and Europe.

Delivery Schedule Unless otherwise stated in the appropriate section, plants in the normal season will, where possible be despatched the week after your order is received. When this is not possible due to exhibiting at the shows etc. we will despatch the plants as soon as we possibly can. In all cases when plants are despatched we will notify you by email. All our plants are despatched by First Class Mail or Courier depending on quantity. Normally this would be one to two days for delivery mainland UK. For deliveries to other areas we use first class couriers.

Tax Charges All orders 17.5% VAT is included. VAT Reg. No. GB 636 504836.

Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. If you are at all unsure you can send your credit card details seperately, by fax or telephone or snail mail, but really they are quite secure on the website.

Guarantee All plants offered for sale are believed to be true to name and type but should a genuine mistake occur then we shall be pleased to rectify the matter.
