Everyone welcome.

It is a working nursery which you can look around browse, and buy plants if you want to. You can see it all.

Light refreshments for sale – Tea /Coffee – Home made cakes (I get into the kitchen and cook up a storm, well it looks like that when I am finished – a floury storm! )

The Nationl Collection of Heuchera, Heucherella & Tiarella the only ones in the UK
We have the majority in pots but some are also in our private garden.

Our private garden will be open too. It isnt a big posh one, just a normal one that does suffer neglect for most for the year! Never enough time to get in it and have fun.
However you can see how well Heucheras & co. do without much attention at all.

If it is nice weather you can sit in the garden and summer house, enjoy it at this time of year the Autumn colour should be coming through.

All the medals, awards, newspaper clippings etc will be out to look through when you have your coffee and cake.
We have a nice warm room with nice seats to have a rest in if the weather is bad.
Please dont forget to sign the visitors book ( we have a very special signature in there too for you to see too)

The nursery is will be full of wonderful plants to buy Spring & Autumn are a great times to plant.
Hanging baskets are a great way to display your heucheras, heucherella and tiarella, we even have trailing Heucherella and tiarellas for you to buy.
Some of the ‘Little cuties’ series (heucheras that stay small!) will be coming ready around this time too. So you can be one of the select few to have the first!

Entrance to the nursery, national collection and garden is FREE although if you want to make a donation in the box towards Perennial This is a charity that helps people in times of need who have worked in horticulture. I am know they would be very gratful.

We are only a small specialist nursery with a small budget but we hope you enjoy our warm welcome.
If you need some extra help in finding us please ring 01270 820335 we will have signs up at both ends of the lane on the day too.

NB Sat navs. tend to take everyone up the long drive opposite this is not the nursery.
The nursery is not visable from the road. Please bring the telphone number just incase 01270 820335
