Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. We have no minimum order, you can buy as little as one plant. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout now’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need, to be able to satisfy the order. You must complete anything in red as the order will not go throught without these fields, including ‘Terms and Conditions’.
Sagepay is the prefered method of payment as this is the MOST SECURE method.

Payment by cheque is an option in the drop down bar.
If you choose ‘payment by cheque’ your cheque usually has to clear before plants can be shipped
An odd exception to this can sometimes be made although always at plantagogos choice.
We accept most credit card payment and cheques.
PLEASE NOTE!! When paying by credit card, where the site requests your ‘Credit Card Verification Value’, this is the last 3 numbers on the back of your credit card (on the signature strip). This is requested for extra security.

Plants will be shipped within 14 working days in the growing season (but in exceptionally busy periods please be patient with us as it can be 30 days (when we have back to back shows)
We ONLY SHIP ORDERS in the sequence that they came in (unless we decide to do otherwise)
This is the only way to ensure no one is waiting any longer than necessary. We DO NOT allow queue jumping – So please dont ask as it may offend.
If you are likely to be out when plants are delivered, do you have a neighbour who could take them in and sign for you.
If you have, would you please enter it in ‘Special delivery instructions’, which is on the same page that you enter your name & address, this would be a big help to the courier.
All parcels MUST be signed for. If you are out when the parcel is delivered, the courier will card you and return at a time of day that suits you. ( Ususally the next day.)
You can request leave with neighbour or give number of neighbour to be more accurate.
IF YOU ARE GOING AWAY YOU MUST LET US KNOW we will NOT be held responsible if you dont.

You can change your mind and cancel your order at any stage of the ordering process without any obligation.
Internet special offers are ONLY available online, offers at shows cannot be duplicated on the website or at the nursery they are special to that show ONLY. Sorry we can have NO exceptions.

These can be purchased by following the instructions on the ‘Gift voucher section.

Plantagogo vouchers can also be used at shows on our sales tables and at the nursery as payment for plants.

Plants unlike some other products you can buy are living things and therefore have different problems to say a factory made product.
|Shipping And Handling For delivery to United Kingdom – MAINLAND & Scottish low lands £9.95 Flat Rate.
For deleveries to Isle of Wight & Scilly Isles £23.00 Flate Rate.
For deliveries to, Highlands & Islands of Scotland , (NOT SHETLAND) & Northern Ireland £23.00 flat rate.
For delveries to, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Shetland Isles, and Channel Islands £45.00 Flat Rate.
We only use Specialist Couriers and all our plants are despatched in containers designed specially for our plants. We only sell top quality plants, so they require top quality packaging and delivery to ensure you receive them in good condition.
Unless otherwise stated in the appropriate section, plants in the normal season will, where possible be despatched the week after your order is received.
When this is not possible due to exhibiting at the shows etc. we will despatch the plants as soon as we possibly can, but no longer than 30days without contact agreeing a revised date.
Where ever possible we will contact you when plants are despatched.
We will notify you by email.
All our plants are despatched by Fedex Courier.. Normally this would be one to three days for delivery mainland UK longer for other areas, i.e. scottish highlands and islands for example.
IF YOU ARE GOING AWAY AT ANY TIME WHEN YOU HAVE AN ORDER PLACED YOU MUST LET US KNOW we will not be held responsible if you dont AND MAY SHIP THE PLANTS TO SIT IN A DEPOT FOR A LONG TIME.
ALL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED IN THE ORDER THEY CAME INTO US. THIS IS A FAIR METHOD FOR EVERYONE. – PLEASE DONT ASK TO QUEUE JUMP AS THIS MAY OFFEND.
Please email and telephone in a pleasant manner rudeness and swearing will NOT be tolerated and your order will be immedaitely cancelled.
Whilst we think our customer are all VIP’s we still have to ask that you wait in line queue jumping will not be permitted as it isnt fair to our other VIP’s

We do not send any back orders unless you have paid an extra £8.95 for a 2nd delivery
There is no option on site to do this automatically, just send an email or letter with a cheque for £8.95 made payable to D.R.FOX or telephone us.
At certain times you will only be able to get answer machine please leave message we will get back to you or send an email.
Sorry about this but we only charge you the costs that we incur so we cannot afford to send 2 packages for the price of one

In accordance with home shopping laws, you have 7 working days to change your mind. If you should cancel your order, this must be done in writing. The law says that you do not have the right to cancel goods which would deteriorate rapidly. You will be responsible for the return of the goods to us in the condition in which they were sent.

|Returns Policy Should there be any cause for complaint, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of goods.
All genuine complaints will be dealt with amicably as long as you speak to us in a pleasant manner.
We do not undertake to replace plants lost due to abnormal weather conditions after you receive them, neglect or any other damage by animals or pests.
If the package is damaged or delayed in transit, please keep all packaging intact but do not return the plants to us unless we ask you to.
If possible please take a photograph and email it to us staright away.
If we do ask you to return a box please pack it carefully thank you
